GO DEEPER:
1. Discuss your thoughts and feelings on being filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Are there feeling of excitement, uneasiness, joy, etc.?
2. On the day of Pentecost, the infilling of the Holy Spirit instantly poured out into the streets. The overflow of the Holy Spirit could not be contained. Begin to dream a little and discuss what a pentecost, infilling experience within your Home Church could look like today.
3. Steven stated that the Spirit-led life is risky. Are you willing to put yourself in risky situations (not necessarily dangerous)? How can your home church pray for you to be spirit-led? 4. Discuss one take away from today’s sermon that impacted your life.
TAKE HOME: Around the table with friends or loved ones, take a risky move and talk about the Holy Spirit. Discuss being empowered by the Holy Spirit which leads to being Spirit-led.
